Need an update on your order? No problem, we have you covered. Simply enter in the tracking number you received via email from Bathorium when your package was shipped and stay up to date on the package status.

Orders are processed and shipped via trusted courier partners from our fulfillment warehouses located in Toronto, Canada and Buffalo, New York. Shipping origin may vary depending on inventory availability and the destination of your order.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Please note that free shipping does not apply to certain regions, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Newfoundland & Labrador, Nunavut, and other Canadian territories, and additional shipping charges may apply. Any applicable shipping fees will be shown at checkout prior to completing your order.
